In the event that you have not been issued with a VLE account, or you have forgotten your password or username, Please e-mail the Heath Mount I.T. department, giving your full name, the name of your child currently at the school along with his/her form teacher's name to helpdesk@heathmount.org 

A temporary password will be issued, which can then be adjusted to something more suitable here.
